Application for a new premises licence

Notice is given that Charles Harris has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of The Parlour Cafe-restaurant and The Old Grain Barn at Bredy Farm, Bredy Lane, Burton Bradstock, Bridport, Dorset, DT6 4ND for the provision of: Late night refreshment generally between the hours of 23:00-23:59 Mon-Sun, alcohol (on and off premises) generally between the hours of 08:00-02:00 Mon-Sun, performance of live music generally between the hours of 12:00-23:59 (23:30 outdoors) Mon-Sun, playing of recorded music (indoors & outdoors) generally between the hours of 08:00-02:00 Mon-Sun. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
