TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following: 19/0380/VOC/MSA: University College London Sports Ground And Watford Football Club Training Ground, Bell Lane, London Colney, AL2 1BZ. Application for variation of condition 4 to allow for the retention of the inflatable dome on a year round basis following grant of planning permission 17/2417/FUL. Reason: Departure from the Local Plan & Green Belt.
19/0188/FULAVC: Churchill House, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, WD6 2HP. The erection of a two storey roof extension with a stepped-back third storey, providing 46 residential units (28 x 1 bed & 18 x 2 bed) with associated amenity space at roof level, car and cycle parking and refuse provision. Reason: Major Development.
19/0386/LBC/JLE: Hertsmere Progressive Synagogue, High Street, Elstree, WD6 3EY. Installation of replacement front door and vertical hand rails. (Application for Listed Building Consent). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area & Green Belt.
19/0398/MPO/WC: Site of Former 25, London Road, Shenley. Application to modify a planning obligation dated 29 June 2017 to amend clause 2.3 to make clear that the obligations are not binding on individual owners once the plots are sold pursuant to planning application 17/0078/FUL for Demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings and erection of 6 dwellings (2x5 bed detached dwellings and 2 pairs of 4 bed semis) each to include an integral garage with associated landscaping and access. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.

19/0401/OUT/MSA/J: Sainsbury Distribution Depot, York Crescent, Borehamwood Hertfordshire, WD6 1SN. Demolition of existing buildings and erection of new employment units for flexible use within Use Classes Bl (c) (light industry), B2 (general industrial) and B8 (storage and distribution), including ancillary offices and open air storage, plus alterations to and creation of new accesses from the highway; provision of car parking, service yards and external plant; means of enclosure, acoustic screens, landscaping and lighting. Reason: Major Development.
19/0432/FUL/WC: Woodhall Farm Office, Woodhall Lane, Shenley WD7 9AA. Demolition of existing stable block and construction of office building (Class Bl). Reason: Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
