Proposed Development at Coxwell Road, Faringdon, Oxfordshire
Notice is given that Welbeck Strategic Land LLP has amended the planning permission submitted to the Vale of White Horse District Council on 17 May 2013 (Ref P13/V1102/O) and is now seeking permission for the erection of up to 250 dwellings; a Class A1 retail shop (about 420sq m), a public house (Class A4); Green Infrastructure including sports pitches; sustainable drainage system and other related infrastructure; internal roads, footways and cycleways; 2 accesses from Coxwell Road and improvements at the junction of Coxwell Road/A420.
An Updated Environmental Statement has been prepared and now accompanies the amended planning application. A copy of the amended application, supporting documents and drawings and the Updated Environmental Statement may be inspected at the offices of the Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close Abingdon, OX14 3JE. Representations should be made to the Council by 22 June 2015 quoting reference P13/V1102/O.
A copy of the Updated Environmental Statement has also been provided to Faringdon Town Council and Great Coxwell Parish Council and may be available for inspection via the respective Clerks.
