ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

MAIN STREET, BINGLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 980) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable works to be executed on or near Main Street, Bingley has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Main Street from its junction with Ferncliffe Road to its junction with Park Road.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via the unaffected section of Main Street, Park Road, Momington Road, Femcliffe Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order comes into operation between 19:00 hours and 06:30 hours on the following dates: 14th / 15th, 21st / 22nd and 28th / 29th April 2019. (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
