Notice is hereby given that Michal Wyzykowski has applied in respect of the Piatto Cafe 17-19 Priory Walk Colchester, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for sale of alcohol, Mon -Sun, 8 am-11pm. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 12/06/15, to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at: www.colchester.gov.uk and between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Rowan House, Colchester.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
