MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
Application for the removal and relocation of boulders within the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm Notice is hereby given that E.ON Climate & Renewables UK Rampion Offshore has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake a programme of boulder removal and relocation within the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm area. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ. Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register. Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to paul.kirk@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 30/5/2015 quoting reference MLA/2015/00149 The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
