Notice is hereby given that I Peter Lofthouse have applied on 27th March 2019 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence for Radcliffe Borough Sports and Social Club Limited Colshaw Close East, Radcliffe, Manchester M26 3PE For structural alterations as follows: To extend the floor space in the area known as the Legends Lounge. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10:00am and 4:00pm. Monday to Friday. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
