Public Notice of Application for grant of premises license. Application has today been made to the council for the above licence. Name of applicant: Robert Guy Greenwood Address of premises: 30 Newmarket street Skipton BD23 2JB. For: Sale by retail of alcohol 12.00pm till 9.00 pm Monday to Sunday. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the licensing manager, 1 Belle Vue square, Broughton road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 11th of may 2019. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
