NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Eleri Davies of 11 Ffordd Tysilio, Menai Bridge, Anglesey LL59 5LD who died on 11th September 2018 and whose Will was proved at the Probate Registry of Wales on the 22nd February 2019 by the Executor named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the Executor will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not as respect the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim or interest he shall not then have had notice.
