Spaldylou Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the Admiral Benbow 46 Chapel Street Penzance: The application is extend the provision of films, live and recorded music to 00:30 on Friday and Saturday. An interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team West Cornwall Council Dolcoath Avenue Camborne TR14 8SX not later than 18 April 2019

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to

make a false statement in connection with this

application, the maximum fine on summary

conviction being £5,000.
