Premises Licence Application

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Hidy Lau has applied to Richmondshire District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the Dragon Inn Restaurant, Market Place, Leyburn DL8 5BD. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment in the form of recorded music from17:00 to 23:00 hours, seven days a week. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named by not later than 24th April 2019. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
