Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to London Borough ot Richmond for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, 50 South Road Twickenham TW2 5NT for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during trie hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Any interested party may make representation to this application in writing to the Licensing Authority, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre 44 York Street Twickenham TW1 3BZ, licensing@richmond.gov.uk by no later than 18/04/2019. Representations must be linked to one or more of the licensing objectives: - The prevention of crime and disorder - Public Safety - The prevention of public nuisance - The protection of children from harm. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority, Civic Centre 44 York Street Twickenham. Any personal data contained in a letter of representation will be disclosed to the applicant, any interested parties and responsible authorities. Details may also be published In the minutes which are distributed to all parties to the proceedings, available on the Council's website and in libraries in the borough. The Licensing Authority will not accept anonymous representations.
