BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (BILLINGBEAR LANE, BINFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, in any direction, along Billingbear Lane for its whole length. The alternative route for all vehicles affected by the closure will be via Church Hill and c or via this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to protect the workforce and public whilst telecommunication installation works are carried out.
The Order will come into operation on the 6th May 2019 and have a maximum duration of 12 months. It is currently planned that the closure will be in place from the 6th May 2019 to 17th May 2019.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Dated 27th March 2019 Andrew Hunter
