BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (WINDMILL ROAD, BRACKNELL) (TEMPORARY DISABLED PARKING BAY) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to mate an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a disabled parking bay on the length of road stated in Schedule 1 from the following Order: Bracknell Forest Borough Council (WINDMILL ROAD, BRACKNELL) (TEMPORARY DISABLED PARKING BAY) Order 2019 and all subsequent amendments and variations to this Order.
Temporary Disabled Parking Bay
Windmill Road, South Side In the vicinity of Bracknell number 18
The purpose of this Order is to introduce a disabled
parking bay for a local resident.
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 8th
April 2019 and will remain in force for a period of 18
months.
