Talbot (Malton) Hotel Company Green Man Malton Cookery School, 15 Market Street, Malton, YO17 7LJ Application has been made on the 20th of March 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The supply of alcohol (on sales only) Monday to Thursday 11:00 to 20:00 and Friday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00 hours. 2. The provision of recorded music Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00 and on Friday 10:00 to 22:00 hours. 3. The premises will not be open to the public Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 20:00 and Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 23:00 hours. A record of the application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 17th of April 2019). Its is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty unlimited fine.
