Dine at Howsham Hall Limited Howsham Hall, Howsham, Malton, YO60 7PB. Application has been made on the 18th of March 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The supply of alcohol each day between the hours of 08:00 and 23:30. On six occasions per year until 01:00 hours (indoors only, not in a marquee). A maximum of 4 events per annum within a marquee in the grounds of Howsham Hall until 23:00 hours. 2. The provision of live and recorded music each day between the hours of 08:00 and 23:45. On six occasions per year until 01:00 hours (indoors only not in a marquee). A maximum of 4 events per annum within a marquee in the grounds of Howsham Hall until 23:00 hours. 3. The premises will not be open to the public, all events will be pre booked and private. A record of this application may be inspected within the a Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 15th of April 2019). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty unlimited fine.
