LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Aso Mohamad has on the 18 March 2019, applied to Watford Borough Council as the Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of; 'Mini Town Express', 110 High Street, Watford, WD17 2BW. To permit: Sale of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) Mon - Sun 0800 - 2100. Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Environmental Health Licensing, Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX. Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 15 April 2019. Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section, by appointment, during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
