This application is to add the following licensable activities to the licence:

? Late night refreshment: Monday -Sunday 2300 hours - 2330 hours

Representations received after this date will not be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
