NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim or an interest in the Estate of David George Walton of 22 Melcombe Road, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 5NB who died on the 25th February 2018 is hereby required to send particulars in writing thereof to the undersigned executors on or before the 8th June 2019 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall by then have had notice. In respect of the assets or any part thereof so distributed the executors will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not by then have had notice. Dated 8th March 2019.
