19/0319/FUL/RK: Kiss Kiss, High Street, Elstree, WD6 3EU. Internal and external alterations to include installation of 4 timber sash windows (2 to the front elevation and 2 to the side), new door to bin store, close boarded timber fencing to the rear, works to garden to include extension of external patio and 4 new garden pods (revised application). Reason: Conservation Area.
19/0366/FUL/MSA: University College London Sports Ground and Watford, Football Club Training Ground, Bell Lane, London Colney, AL2 1BZ. Construction of a two storey rear extension to create additional offices and recreational space, and single storey side extension to extend existing offices with associated internal alterations. Reason: Green Belt.
19/0353/HSE/SN: 1 New Road, Elstree, WD6 3HB. Conversion of loft to habitable room with roof lights to front and rear elevations. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.
19/0354/HSE/SN: 2 New Road, Elstree, WD6 3HB. Conversion of loft to habitable room with roof lights to front and rear elevations. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
