TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.12) Order 2019" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped southern part width of Dukesfield comprising highway verge which lies adjacent to No. 94 River Way at Christchurch, in the Borough of Christchurch to enable development as permitted by Christchurch Borough Council, under reference 8/18/2710/FUL.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 21 March 2019 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
