Rock, Fudge and Gifts Ltd, has applied to the Licensing Authority,Weymouth & Portland Borough Council for a premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises situated at 71 Esplanade Weymouth DT4 7AA and propose to carry on the following activities, Sale of Alcohol by Retail (off Sales)08:00 until 22:00 all days. Application is available for public inspection at Licensing Services, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road Dorchester DT1 1UZ. licensing@dorset.gov.uk. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority, these must be submitted by the 9th April 2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005)
