Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence

We Walworth Castle Hotel Do hereby give notice that I/We have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Variation of a Premises Licence at : Walworth Castle Hotel, Walworth, Darlington, DL2 2LY and known as:Walworth Castle Hotel.The application is to: Extend the area of the sale of alcohol to cover the patio. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 19th June 2015. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application
