NOTICE OF APPLICATION FDR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
Sackville UKPEC3 Craxley (GP) Ltd Is applying to the Licensing Authority of Three Rivers District Council for a new premises licence at The Hive Cafe, Croxley Park, Watford, WD18 8AS If granted It will allow the following llcensable activities: Cafe opening times are Mon-Thurs: 6:30-22:30, Fri-Sat 6:30-0:00, Sunday 10:00-0:00. 'The above are extended opening hours. Typical trading times will be Mon-Fri: 07:00 until 16:00. Potential other activities may include but are not limited to:
Film Screenings: Mon-Thurs:08:00-22:00, Fri-Sun: 08:00-23:00
*If films are screened, this will be a special event and infrequent. Screenings can take place indoors or outdoors.
Indoor Sporting Events: Mon-Fri: 08:00-22:00, Sat-Sun: 08:00-23:00
*sporting events would take place as special events, not daily.
Live Music: Mon-Thurs: 08:22:00, Fri-Sat: 08:00-23:00, Sun: 08:00-22:00.
*if live music will be played, it will be a rare occasion and part of a special event for the park, taking place indoors or outdoors. Recorded Music: Mon-Thurs: 06:30-22:00, Fri: 06:30-23:00, Sat-Sun: 08:00-23:00.
*this refers to ambiance music being played within the cafe Performances of Dance: Mon-Thurs: 08:22:00, Fri-Sat: 08:00-23:00, Sun: 08:00-22:00.
* Performances can take place both indoors or outdoors. Provision of anything of a similar description to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performances of Dance: Mon-Sun: 08:00-22:00.
* This can include events provided by the Park and onsite companies, held on an ad hoc basis. An example would be the summer BBQ with music, or other social events. These can take place both indoors or outdoors.
Late Night Refreshments: Mon-Thurs: None. Fri-Sat: 23:00-01:00, Sun: 22:00-0:00.
*Has not been provided on the park before and is not planned, but is included in the application in case of special events. Supply of Alcohol: Mon-Thurs: 07:00-22:00, Fri: 07:00-23:00, Sat-Sun: 08:00-23:00.
*Sale of alcohol is only planned as part of the main meal offer or events. Can take place both indoors or outdoors, in line with events, like the summer BBQ.
