Savers Health and Beauty Limited - Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2OO3 APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Savers Health and Beauty Limited are applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for Savers, 2 Lowbourne, Melksham SN12 7DZ.

The Licence, if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Monday to Saturday 08.30- 18.00 (14^th November to 24^th December finish time of 20.00) Sunday 10.00 - 18.00

Any person wishing to make representations relating to this application may do so in writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Monkton Park Chippenham, SN15 1ER. Representations may be made up to 28 days from the date of this Notice to be received no later than 23^rd June 2015.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER. The application can be viewed by prior appointment.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
