Notice is hereby given that the Council INTENDS TO MAKE The Buckinghamshire County Council (Black Park Road and A412 Uxbridge Road, Buckinghamshire) (Prohibition of Right Turn and U - Turn) Experimental Traffic Regulation Order, 2019 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Experimental Order is to introduce various traffic restrictions on Black Park Road and on the A412. The proposed restrictions are intended to reduce the number of collisions and casualties at the junction. This will enable us to gather data from the site as well as views of the road user for the first 6 months of operation. These will be implemented with a revised kerbing and island layout to prevent these manoeuvres. A copy of the proposed Order and plans showing the lengths of road referred to, with a copy of the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. Further details are available on the Buckinghamshire County Council website under current consultations. Objections and representations to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to Transport for Buckinghamshire, Network Improvement Team, Griffin Lane Depot, Corrib industrial Park, Griffin Lane,
