Application for a Premises Licence

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Toby James Hitchcox give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence for Unit 2 Warpsgrove Lane, Chalgrove, Oxford OX44 7RJ Licence applied for to sell cider off the premises from a small outbuilding at the above address which is attached to the existing cider production area. Hours of sale will be 10.00 and 18.00 during weekdays and 11.00 and 18.00 on Saturday and 12.00 and 18.00 on Sunday.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford,

Wallingford, Oxon. OX10 8NL before 03/07/15 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
