Application for a premises licence

We, The Mermaids Group Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Fareham Borough Council for a new Premises Licence for the vessel Betsie Jane, Pontoon J, Universal Marina, Crableck Lane, Sarisbury Green, Hampshire, SO31 7ZN. The application for a Premises Licence for the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00 till 22:00. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing, Environmental Health, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Centre, Civic Way, Fareham, P016 7AZ not later than 2 April 2019. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
