THE PLANNING (HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES) REGULATIONS (REGULATION 6) 2015 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES CONSENT* I give notice that William Blythe Ltd is applying to Hyndburn Borough Council in relation to a hazardous substances consent for the storage and processing of hazardous substances in association with the chemical manufacturing facility at William Blythe Ltd, Bridge St, Church, Accrington, Lancashire BB5 4PD. Consent is being requested for 190 Tonnes of material with health (H) hazards, Schedule 1 Parts 1 & 2 H2; 30 Tonnes of material with ‘P’ physical hazards, Part 2 P4; 190 Tonnes of material with ‘P’ physical hazards, Part 1 P8; 1070 Tonnes of material with Section E Environmental hazards, Part 1 E1. The Hazardous Substances Authority (from which relevant information can be obtained) will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide on what conditions to grant. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application, by appointment only, at William Blythe Ltd, Bridge St, Church, Accrington, Lancashire BB5 4PD.
