Charity No. 301268 Notice of public meeting to approve closure of the charity

The Trustees invite all members of the local community to attend a public meeting to be held at; 7pm on Wednesday 3 April 2019 at Bedford House,4 Westbury Road, Buckhurst Hill, IG9 5NW

The meeting will be asked to approve a resolution to Dissolve the Charity in accordance with the rules of its Constitution.* 'Please note that the Trustees set up a new charity in 2018 called Bedford House Community Association to take over the operations of BHCA from 1st September 2018 which is now running all the continuing operations at Bedford House. It is intended that all the assets and liabilities of the "old charity" will be transferred to the new charity when it is closed down.
