Premises Licence Application

Application has been made by S.D.C. Trading Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the St Osmund's Parish Centre at Long Lane, Breightmet, Bolton, BL2 6EB. The application includes the following terms:-I.To enable the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment between 11:00 and 23:00 seven days a week. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council, Regulatory Services, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Victoria Square, Bolton, Lancashire, BLI I RU.A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 5th April 2019 (www.bolton.gov.uk) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
