LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of St Helens Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Units 6/7, St Helens Retail Park, Peasley Cross Lane, St Helen5,WA9 IJJ. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00.
