Application for a premises licence

TAUNTON STREET FOOD FIESTA LTD is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for (27 FROBISHER WAY. TAUNTON. SOMERSET, TA2 6BB).
The licence is granted to enable the following activities to take place THE SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL FOR SALE OFF OF THE PREMESIS STARTING FROM 1 APRIL 2010, OPERATING SEVEN DAYS A WEEK BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 12:00 MIDDAY AND 23:00
Any persons wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the 'Licensing Manager, The Licensing Team, Taunton Deane Borough Council, Belvedere Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1HE'. Representations may be made lor 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Team. The application can be viewed by making an appointment with a member of the Licensing Team on (01823) 356343.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for making a false statement is level 5 on the standard scale.
