I Tracy & Mark Mansfield do hereby give notice that I have applied to Conwy County Council for the grant of a new Premises Licence in respect of Horizon Shine Kiosk 3 West Promenade Colwyn Bay ll29 8HH. Grant of premises Licence supply of Alcohol on/off the premises. Monday to Sunday 11.00-22.00. Hours open to the public Monday to Sunday 09.00-22.00. Any person wishing to make representation to this application may do so by writing Conwy County Council Coed Pella, Conway Road, Colwyn Bay, LL29 7AZ not later than 28th March next. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address 09.30 to 12 - 14.00 till 16.00. NOTE - It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
