Public Notice - Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Hospitality and Capital Management Swindon Limited in respect of: Ibis Budget Swindon 1 Henry Street Swindon SN1 5BX

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:
* Supply of alcohol between 10:00 to 19:00 for consumption on the premises. Non-standard timing for sale by retail of alcohol to hotel residents and their guests between 00:00-23:59.
* Indoor late-night refreshment between 23:00-05:00. Sale of alcohol to hotel residents and their guests.

The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday. Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 6th March 2019 and 3rd April 2019. All representations must be made in writing [including e mail or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
