We Robert Barnard and Kirsty Hughes hereby give notice that an application for a variation to a Premises Licence has been made for the Moorgate Arms, 166- 168 Livesey Branch Road Blackburn BB2 4QR. The application is for the outside bar area to be included in the Premises Licence. Sale of alcohol, mon - sun 10am to 930pm. The application to include the revised plan of the outside area. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council Licensing Section, White Dove Building, Davyfield road Blackburn BB2 2LX. The application can be viewed at the Licensing Section or www.blackburn.gov.uk. It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
