Bad Seed Brewery Limited, The Bad Seed Brewery, 7 Rye Close, York Way Industrial Estate, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 6YD. Application has been made on the 4th of June 2015 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The supply of alcohol ( off sales only ) each day between the hours of 08:00 to 23:00. 2. The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 08:00 and 23:00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 2nd of July 2015). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
