APPLICATION FOR CBC2 W30150 Parton -Harrington Sea Walls No. 5

Notice is hereby given that Network Rail Limited, The Embankment, Unit C1 Vale Road, Heaton, Mersey, Stockport, SK4 3GL has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake coastal defence repair works between Parton and Harrington stations in Cumbria. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Workington Library, 8A Oxford Street, Workington, CA14 2NA.

Application copies and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.

Representations in respect of the application should ordinarily be made by visiting the MMO public register:
