Notice is hereby given that Piers Baker has applied in respect of The Sun Inn, High Street, Dedham, Essex, CO7 6DF, for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: the sale of alcohol from the purpose built garden bar in addition to the sale of alcohol from the existing main bar located in the public house. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 29th March 2019, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
