Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following: 19/0157/FUL/MSA:
Prestige House, Station Road, Borehamwood, WD6 IDF. Demolition of office building and erection of a 4 storey residential building comprising 10x1 and 2 bed flats. Reason: Major Development.
19/0187/FULAVC: Wheatsheaf Farm, Well End Road, Borehamwood, WD6 5PR. Creation of new vehicular access from Well End Road with installation of field gate. Reason: Green Belt.
19/0238/HSE/LG: Seymour House, Barnet Lane, Elstree, WD6 3RH. Construction of a two storey rear extension and a new front porch. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.
19/0216/FUL/JLE: The Coach House, Barnet Lane, Elstree, WD6 3RA. Conversion of existing house to 1 x 1 bed, 1x2 bed and 1x3 bed dwellings with parking and amenity space. Reason: Green Belt.
19/0213/FUUSR: Former Garage Site South Of 77, Eldon Avenue, Borehamwood. Demolition of 24 garages and the erection of a 3 storey block of 11x2 bed apartments with associated parking and landscaping. Reason: Major Development.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.nk/plannuig, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
