Notice of Variation of Off-Street Parking Charges

Notice is hereby given that West Dorset District Council in exercise of its powers under Section 32, 35, 35A, B and C and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in compliance with Section 25 of Part V of the Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, intends to vary The West Dorset District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2016 to introduce the changes to its parking charges on the car parks in West Bay which are specified below (in connection with the operational changes specified below). These variations will come into force on the 29th March 2019.
