NOTICE OF APPLICATION TOVARYA PREMISES LICENCE UNDERTHE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that Grosvenor Casinos (GC) Limited of the following address: TOR, Saint-Cloud Way Maidenhead SL6 8BN is applying under section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a converted casino premises licence issued under that Act. The application relates to the following premises: Grosvenor Casino Glasgow Riverboat,61 Broomielaw, Glasgow G1 4RJ.The application is to vary the licence as follows: Variation to the layout plans to include the first floor balcony within the gambling licence footprint. The application has been made to: City of Glasgow Lcensing Board. Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities; A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activties; A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.
