LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
I, Hitesh Modi, have applied to Chiltem District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence for LONDIS, Chesham Bucks HP52DA. The proposed variation is for the following: - As a result of incorporating the activities of shop next door it is proposed to increase the retail area and to increase the hours to sell alcohol in line with the other offerings. Full details of this application may be viewed at the Council Offices of the Licensing Authority at Council Offices King George V House, King George V Road, Amersham, Bucks HP6 5AW. (www.chiltern.gov.uk) Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 23 MARCH, 2019 It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000. Dated this 22nd FEB 2019.
