LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Lingfield Limited t/a McDonald's has applied to Wandsworth Council on 21st February 2019 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald's, 30-32 St Johns Road, London, SW11 1PW The application is for the provision of late night refreshment far the sale of hot food and drink from 23.-00 until 02:00 Sundays to Wednesdays and from 23.-00 until 03:00Thursdays to Saturdays and to allow die premises to open from 06:00 until 02:15 Sundays to Wednesdays and from 06.-00 until 03:15 Thursdays to Saturdays. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Chief Executive Directorate Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SWI6 2PU or by email: licensing@wandswortii^ov.ukby 21st March 20l9.The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The London Borough of Wandsworth, Customer Service Centre, Ground Hoor.Town Hall,Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandswordi.gov.uk. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
