Notice is hereby given pursuant to S27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against the estate of Peter John Hillier who died on 28 September 2018 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim to the undersigned Solicitors before the 26 April 2019 after which date they will distribute the estate to persons entitled having regard only to the claims which they have had notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have notice.
