LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by KS Wilberg & J Swift (t/a Domino's Pizza) to the Licensing Authority of Swindon Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Domino's Pizza - Swindon at 17-21 High Street, Swindon, SN1 3EG. The application includes the following terms:-1.To extend the terminal hour for the provision of late night refreshment from 3am daily to 5am on Saturday and Sunday mornings. 2. To permit cus- tomer collections at any time the premises are open to trade. 3. To allow the premises to provide late night refreshmert until 6am BST on the morning British summer time is applied.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in con-nection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
