Any representation about this application must be made by the 29th March 2019 in writing and sent to: Licensing Section, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Darlington, Co Durham. IT IS AN OFFENCE KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION AND THE MAXIMUM FEE FOR SUCH A PERSON IS LIABLE ON SUMMARY CONVICTION FOR THE OFFENCE IS £5,000.
