Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Richmondshire District Council in accordance with the above act: Barry J Mageen has applied to Richmondshire Council for a premises license for the sale and supply of alcohol between 09:00 and 21:00 at The Distillery, Harmby Road, Leyburn DL8 5ET. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above named by not later than 20/03/2019. It is an offence knowlingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
