NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for the grant of a Private Hire Operator Licence to operate private hire vehicles in respect of: Metro, Unit 3A The Exchange, Mill Court, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2JA. Comments/objections must be received no later than 12 March 2019.
