Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than 21st March 2019. It Is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement In connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person Is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
